EA services do not work?
At the time of writing this article, there were reports that players could not connect to the EA servers. It also affects Origin.
Since EA has several services, it is better to follow the EA Twitter certificate account. If any of their many games, such as FIFA or APEX, will begin problems, this will certainly be announced or ret’s.
If you do not find evidence that EA servers do not work, and your game has no known problems or downtime, your next step is to proceed to eliminate problems on your devices and home network:
- Close the game you are trying to play, and make sure that your console, PC or mobile device is connected to the Internet.
- If the device does not work, check another device in your house to make sure this is a problem with a device or a network.
- If all devices cannot connect, check the indicators of the state on the gateway (modem/router) and turn off and turn on the device again, leaving the power disabled for at least 30 seconds.
- If your device can connect to the Internet and things such as browsers and other games work, twice check the Twitter account (link above) to find out if any ads on failures have been made.
